Artist Mengda decided to carry a fish from Chongming Island, Shanghai to Fengjie County in Chongqing, by public transportation, passing through Three Gorges Dam.
Mengda 决定从上海崇明岛带一条洄鱼，经过三峡大坝，到奉节县放生，反向追溯三峡移民的迁徙道路。
